| These little numbers were inspired by the hats I designed to go with the various short rowed
scarves I've been designing. The short rowing at top gives the bell shape and the short row
at the bottom portion provides the "lace" effect without any of the increase, decrease,
stack same. Huge fun this. The cloche style hats when, as shown here, are worked with other, thinner materials and starched produce more of a bell or angel/doll skirt look. This could also be an over the top adorable lace bonnet. The beads in the pine paper version show off the unwrapped short row design. |
